Personal Information
Born NYC. Raised mostly in and around Atlanta GA. Two wonderful kids and a cute little dog. Residing in a small city in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

- Cooking, homebrewing
- Renovating my nearly-hundred-year-old house
- Whitewater rafting (pictured), skiing, hiking
- Riding my motorcycle (pictured)
- Photography and leisure travel
- Writing articles, columns, interviews, features and long pieces about pop music. My work has appeared in Trouser Press, The Laurel of Asheville, Mountain Maturity, WNC Magazine, Wikipedia, on Jambase.com, and more. From 2006-2008 I served as Editor-in-Chief for Skope Magazine. - Writing about that, and other stuff: my first book is currently in search of a publisher; my second book is in progress; my third is in the planning stages. Meanwhile, I'll keep my day job, which I love.
